DERCO offer 2 cavities up to 24 cavities Auto Unscrew system by hydraulic cylinder or oil motor, we can provide 2 layers( stack) molds and T mold for high volume production.Stack Mold-Molding cost decrease by 40%, high production efficiency, suit for high volume products. Our Engineers have rich experience on plastic mold design, rubber mold design,for different industries such as automotive, electronic, and airplane, etc.

Derco Mould provide high-standard injection mold customization service for customer worldwide, from model optimize, mold design, mold manufacture, mold trial, delivery all available.

At the same time, we also can design mould according to customer's requirement, such as DME, HASCO standard. After the final approval on the mould by customer, we will pack the mould with standard exporting package to avoid any damage during the long distance delivery by sea or by air. And the necessary documentation and certification, and some spare parts will go with the mould. We also can provide the electrodes for the mould if customers request specially.

Each mould components will be produced and inspected strictly according to separate standard drawing.
